Tshepo is a PCC (ICF) accredited, and iEQ9 IEAP Personal, Business, and Leadership Coach and a Director at the Ontological Coaching Company (ONTCO). She has been practicing in-person and online since 2017. Tshepo enjoys working with individuals and teams and provides a safe, non-judgmental space that facilitates deep exploration. She is passionate about helping her clients make shifts in their awareness and cultivate a more resourceful way of being, through Language, Emotions and Moods, and the Body. With increased awareness and understanding, clients are better able to be self-directed, lead, take action, relate, and collaborate with others, in both their personal and professional lives.

He has been practicing as a coach since 2013 providing professional life and workplace relationship coaching for individuals and organisations. Stephen takes great pleasure in seeing individuals in a position to take on the complex challenges of life with confidence and eager anticipation. Creating opportunities for people to step away from the busyness of life to consider the question "What would it take for me to flourish?" Stephen supports his clients to live with a sense of accomplishment and of contributing to a purpose that matters.

Paula is a founding member of THE ONTOLOGICAL COACHING COMPANY (ONTCO) and is PCC (ICF) accredited with the International Coach Federation. She has been practicing as a coach since 2015 providing leadership and team coaching across all levels in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Paula compares coaching to a wetland, where the water slows down and is purified and replenished in relationship with the rich variety of plants and animals that are part of the system. In our fast-flowing lives coaching provides a space to slow down, observe ourselves, learn, regenerate, and become more agile during difficult times.

Tshidi has been an Entrepreneur in Coaching and Management Consulting for over 22 years. She is passionate about assisting organisations and individual thrive to the best of their capabilities in order to grow and be sustainable. She also enjoys assisting people make shifts / changes in different areas of their lives to ways of being that serve them and help them thrive.
